Week 38

Congratulations! Your pregnancy is technically full term this week. Make sure you have your bags packed and sitting by the door! If you are unsure what to pack, check out our hospital bag checklist. Make sure all of your last minute arrangements are made, if you have other children, who will care for them when you go into labor? Your Braxton Hicks contractions are becoming closer together and probably more intense as your body prepares for labor. Your vaginal discharge may be clear or white. If it is streaked with blood, then your cervix is beginning to thin or efface, a sign that labor is coming soon.
