Week 25

Baby

Most of the time left in your pregnancy, the little one will just be growing longer and stronger! Nearly all of his/her major organs and other body parts are completely formed by now, the only thing left to do is gain some fat cells, and finish up tons of development in the nervous system. Also, she will soon start turning her head more toward the south to prepare her body for birth.

Note: Every baby develops a little differently — even in the womb. The information listed on this site is designed to give you a general idea of your baby’s current development.

Mommy

With the curves you are putting on to support Little blue bootiesbaby, come the back pains. Remember, slouching is harder on your back, so try to practice good posture to help alleviate some of these aches. Also, now is a good time to hit up your partner for a massage to help out with the leg cramps that are common during this time. If you can afford it, treat yourself to a day at the spa, and get the real special treatment!
