Calcium
Calcium is essential for muscle, heart, and nerve development. If you don't intake enough calcium for the baby, your body will pull calcium from your bones to supply your growing baby.
Vitamin C
Your body, as well as the baby's use Vitamin C for healing wounds, and repairing tissue. Your baby needs Vitamin C for proper growth and healthy development of strong teeth and bones. Your body cannot store Vitamin C, so you need 3 servings every day.
